Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları, SelooAI ("SelooAI", "biz") tarafından selooai.com üzerinden sunulan yapay zeka destekli mesaj asistanı hizmetinin ("Hizmet") kullanım koşullarını düzenler. Panele kayıt olarak veya Hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmetin Kapsamı

SelooAI, işletmelerin Facebook Messenger, Instagram ve WhatsApp hesaplarına gelen müşteri mesajlarına, işletme sahibinin panele girdiği bilgilerle otomatik yanıt üreten bir yazılım hizmetidir. Yanıtlar yapay zeka tarafından üretilir; SelooAI yanıtların her durumda hatasız olacağını garanti etmez. İşletme sahibi konuşmaları panelden izleyebilir, dilediği konuşmayı devralabilir ve otomatik yanıtı istediği an kapatabilir.

2. Hesap ve Yetki

Hizmeti yalnızca yetkilisi olduğunuz işletme adına kullanabilirsiniz.
Bağladığınız Facebook Sayfası, Instagram hesabı veya WhatsApp Business numarası üzerinde yönetici yetkisine sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

3. İşletme Sahibinin Sorumlulukları

Panele girdiğiniz fiyat, hizmet, çalışma saati ve benzeri bilgilerin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz; yapay zeka yalnızca bu bilgilerle yanıt verir.
Hizmeti yasa dışı, yanıltıcı, spam niteliğinde veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
Müşterilerinize karşı KVKK ve ilgili mevzuattan doğan aydınlatma ve bilgilendirme yükümlülükleri size aittir.

4. Meta Platform Kuralları

Hizmet, Meta Platforms, Inc. tarafından sağlanan resmi API'ler (Messenger Platform, Instagram Messaging API, WhatsApp Business Platform) üzerinden çalışır. Hizmeti kullanırken Meta Platform Şartları, WhatsApp İşletme Politikası ve Messenger/Instagram mesajlaşma politikalarına uymayı kabul edersiniz. Bu sürüm yalnızca müşterinin başlattığı görüşmelerde standart 24 saatlik pencere içinde serbest metin yanıtları gönderir; pencere dışı şablon, toplu kampanya veya genel amaçlı yapay zeka hizmeti sunmaz. İnsan desteği talebi panelde işaretlenir ve otomatik yanıt duraklatılır. Bu politikaların ihlali halinde SelooAI ilgili kanal bağlantısını askıya alabilir.

5. Abonelik, Ücret ve İptal

Hizmet aylık abonelik modeliyle sunulur; güncel paketler ve ücretler fiyatlar sayfasında yer alır.
Abonelik istenildiği zaman iptal edilebilir; iptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur ve kullanılmamış süre için iade yapılmaz.
Ücretlerde yapılacak değişiklikler en az 30 gün önceden bildirilir.

6. Veri ve Gizlilik

Kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Bağlantınızı kestiğinizde veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde ilgili erişim anahtarları ve konuşma kayıtları silinir. Meta hesabınızdan uygulama yetkisini kaldırdığınızda da aynı silme işlemi otomatik gerçekleşir; ayrıntı için veri silme sayfasına bakın.

7. Hizmetin Sürekliliği ve Sorumluluk Sınırı

SelooAI, Hizmeti kesintisiz sunmak için makul çabayı gösterir; ancak Meta platformlarından, yapay zeka sağlayıcılarından veya altyapı sağlayıcılarından kaynaklanan kesintilerden sorumlu tutulamaz. SelooAI'nin toplam sorumluluğu, talebin doğduğu aydan önceki 3 ay içinde ödenen abonelik bedeliyle sınırlıdır. Dolaylı zararlar, kâr kaybı ve veri kaybından sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

8. Fesih

Bu şartların ihlali, Meta politikalarının ihlali veya ödeme yapılmaması halinde SelooAI hesabı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. Siz de hesabınızı panelden istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler ve Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler panel üzerinden veya e-posta ile bildirilir. Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI-powered messaging assistant service ("Service") provided by SelooAI ("SelooAI", "we") at selooai.com. By registering on our panel or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

SelooAI is a software service that automatically replies to customer messages received on a business's Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, using only the business information the owner enters in the panel. Replies are generated by artificial intelligence; SelooAI does not guarantee that every reply is error-free. The business owner can review all conversations in the panel, take over any conversation, and disable automated replies at any time.

2. Account and Authority

You may use the Service only on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.
You confirm that you have administrator rights over any Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or WhatsApp Business number you connect.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Business Owner Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, services, working hours and other information you enter; the AI replies only from that information.
You may not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, spam-like purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
You are responsible for meeting your own privacy-notice obligations toward your customers under applicable law (including KVKK and GDPR where relevant).

4. Meta Platform Policies

The Service operates through official APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Messenger Platform, Instagram Messaging API, WhatsApp Business Platform). By using the Service you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Messenger and Instagram messaging policies. This version sends free-form replies only in customer-initiated conversations within the standard 24-hour window; it does not provide out-of-window templates, bulk campaigns or a general-purpose AI service. Human-support requests are marked in the panel and automation is paused. SelooAI may suspend a channel connection that violates these policies.

5. Subscription, Fees and Cancellation

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis; current plans and prices are listed on the pricing page.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and unused time is not refunded.
Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

6. Data and Privacy

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. When you disconnect a channel or delete your account, the related access tokens and conversation records are deleted. The same deletion runs automatically when you remove our app from your Meta account; see the data deletion page for details.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

SelooAI makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but is not liable for outages caused by Meta platforms, AI providers or infrastructure providers. SelooAI's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We accept no liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss.

8. Termination

SelooAI may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, breach of Meta policies or non-payment. You may delete your account from the panel at any time.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the panel or by e-mail. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
